創始人
姓名：朱正東董事長朱正東（現任北京東大正保科技有限公司董事長）性別：男籍貫：江蘇1968年，出生於江蘇。
1989年，畢業於東南大學無線電工程系，獲得工學學士學位，並於2001年修完了四川大學管理學專業的研究生課程。
1989-1995年，在電子部十一所任工程師，從事技術工作。
1995年至1998年，調入電子部北京六所華科高技術股份有限公司，先後擔任專網部經理、公司經營副總經理等職務。
2000年，朱正東成立了正保教育，出任董事長、總裁。7年的時間，把正保帶到了紐交所，成為在紐交所上市的中國惟一一家遠程教育企業，個人的身家也由此增長到22個億，被譽為“中國遠程教育第一人”。
