上海朗碩電子科技有限公司成立於1994年，它是一個國際性的專業電子元器件生產、銷售商，主要產品包括二極體、整流橋、電感、電容等。
公司的產品已經通過UL 認證 以及 ISO9001:2000 質量體系認證，大部分產品遠銷美國、義大利、菲律賓、西班牙、德國、印度等世界大部分國家同地區。
Our products have passed UL approval and ISO9001:2000 quanlity systerm,most our products are export to USA,Italy,Poland,Philippines,Spain,Germany,Israel,Taiwan and other countries and regions.
經過十三年的奮鬥與專心經營，公司於2007 年在濟南濟北經濟開發區投資建廠，現有全日制員工500多人，二極體單月產量可以達到180KK，矽橋月產量可達2.5KK；工廠有嚴格的品質監控體系，使得公司在提高產量的同時能保證產品的質量達到國際標準；實力雄厚的工程研發實力，使公司在新產品的開發及產品品質方面得到較大的提升。

整流橋
公司在成立伊始即集中力量開發生產矽整流橋，並獲得UL認證。主要產品包括0.5安培至50安培全系列矽整流橋，MB系列、DB 系列、KBU、KBL、及KBPC 系列。具體詳情請參見公司網站。

二極體
現在二極體生產也是公司的重要方向，工廠經過3年時間的成長與奮鬥，工廠前段已形成3條完整的生產線；電鍍技術完全由公司自主控制，擁有4名大學本科以上學歷的工程人員專職電鍍技術；後段擁有一貫機32台，二極體日出成品量可達6KK。主要產品包括全系列普通二極體，快恢復二極體，超快恢復二極體，超高效二極體，肖特基二極體等等。具體詳情請參見公司網站。
Diodes production is also an important direction of our company , after 3 years of growth and struggle, the factoryhas formed three complete production lines; Plating is entirelyself-controlled, there are four bachelor degree of engineering staff in charge ofplating technology; Rear section has32 machines, 6KKpcs diodes can be produced per day. 品質部
為了最好的保證產品品質，以質求存，公司成立伊始就成立了品質部。隨著公司的發展壯大，公司品質部門也不斷充實自己的力量，公司品質部現有品管人員35人，其中20人以上具有本科及以上學歷，畢業於生產品質管理等相關專業。
In order to ensure the best quality products supplied to our customers, at the beginning of the company established,we have set up the quality department. As the company developed, the company quality departments has the power of enriching themselves, the company quality control
department has 35 QC staff, including more than 20 people with college degree or above, graduated from the production and quality management and other related professionals.
工程部
在我司工程部經理的帶領下，工程部門連續多次成功研發及攻克技術難題，包括框架焊接、電性酸洗、產品電鍍等；現工程部具有高級工程師5名，本科及以上的工程人員13名，技術員20多名。實力雄厚的工程部門，為公司的新產品開發及產品質量的保證給予了極大地技術支持。
Under the leadership of the engineering manager,the engineer department repeatedly and successfully developed to overcome kinds of technical problems, including frame welding, electrical pickling, electroplating, and other products; currently has 5 senior engineers, college degreer and above 13 engineers, and more than 20 technicians. 生產管理
隨著公司規模及實力的發展壯大，公司內部已然形成完備的生產管理體系。適時地引進JIT 等先進的生產實戰管理。人性化的管理模式使員工工作舒適，但緊張有序，能充分地利用工作時間，高效有序。節假日管理人員同員工經常組織出遊，上下一心，團結一致。
