上海國際旅行社上海國際旅行社—上海實華國旅成立於1994年，原屬中國石化集團子公司，現是中央直屬企業（國資委）澳門南光集團駐內地的二級機構，是中國旅行社協會常務理事單位、上海旅遊行業協會常務理事單位、美國旅行社協會、環太平洋旅遊協會和國際航運協會成員之一，

Shanghai Shihua International Travel Service (SSITS), which was founded in 1994, is a standing member unit of Shanghai Municipal Tourism Trade Association and one of the members of the Pacific Association of Travel Agency (PATA) and International Association of Travel Agency (IATA). Over the years, the company follows the management philosophy of “sincerity, specialization and win-win”, which means improving the management system, winning by high-quality products and placing sincerity as the essential factor in services. With the improvement of the management made of “focus on wholesale with retail sales as supplement”, the company has developed the operational management concept of “basing itself on realities, being enterprising and innovative, and seeking bestriding development”. In 2005, SSITS was rated as the advanced unit for its credible services in Shanghai and was listed as one of the top double-hundred travel services in China in the years of 2002,2004 and 2005 respectively.
In order to improve its core competitiveness and promote its sustainable development, SSITS will establish a complete marketing system and a plural product system and provide a unique client service system.
Outbound tours
The Outbound Tours Department of Shanghai Shihua International Travel Service(SSITS), by reliance on the overall resources of the SSITS, has developed an extensive tourism network and accumulated abundant funds. With a large number of excellent, experienced, professional and attentive group leaders and tourist guides with great credibility, SSITS can provide tourists with standardized services by organizing outbound tours to such countries and regions as Southeast Asian countries, Japan, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, with air ticket booking services for those who go to the above countries and regions, with reception and inquiry services for business travel and with all-the-year-round services of conferences & exhibition and incentive travel for enterprises and institutions.

SSITS boasts a large number of excellent polyglot tourist guides and has established long-term firm cooperative relationships with travel agencies, tourist spots and air lines both at home and abroad. Those advantages ensure the offer of high quality and comprehensive inbound tourist services for tourists from both at home and abroad and the satisfaction of their multi-level needs. Its brand image of “attentive service and novel routes” wins great renown in overseas countries.
