In contemporary society, I Do Believe that making work meaningful is a so sincificant and essential aspect in corporation workings. As we all know that today`s worker is no longwe willing to work in an authoritarian and dehumanizing environment.Workers want meaning in their work and balance in their lives.They want to have a sense of live.They want to know what they work is available.In this artical ,"They also want to know that they are working for an ethical company that acts in a socially and environmentally responsible manner." I really think it`s a very accuracy value. Becuase in now society it`s not only companies choise employees but also employees choise their companies.
Companies are trying to change attitude and conditions in the workplace,organizations can help make work more meaningful.It can be foreseen that workers also need to increase their master interpersonal skills so that pave a way for development.
It can`t be denied that the easy work can`t make more activities. Repetiyive factory routines and office work that simply moves paper from in-box to out-box are mindless tasks that destroy motivation and productivity.But it must be admitted that if we give a bunch of challenge workings to workers may arouse their activities.And ti can increase the productivity.Thus success or achievement in reaching an accepted standard of competence is an important factor in job statisfaction.
