作用

sigpending函式返回在送往進程的時候被阻塞掛起的信號集合。這個信號集合通過參數set返回。在linux中其英文釋義：sigpending()returnsthe set of signals that are pending for delivery to the calling thread (i.e., the signals which have beenraisedwhileblocked).The mask of pending signals is returned in set.

返回值

函式調用成功返回0，否則返回-1；
