採用最新氣電式輕量化設計,內建定位SERISOR,一次完成無剪下應力切板行程,特別適用於切割精密SMD或薄板.無圓刀型分板時產生的弓形波(BOWWAVES)及微裂痕(MICROCRACK),使用楔形刀具線性分板，剪下應力降至最低，使敏感的SMD組件，甚至電容均可不受影響，產品潛在質量風險降至最低。切板行程在1MM以下，絕無操作安全上的顧慮，刀具採用高速鋼精密研磨製成，可重複研磨使用，同時適用於沒有V-CUT的薄板分板作業。
