Really Don't CareDemi Lovato（黛米▪洛瓦托）出生於1992年8月20日，新墨西哥州阿爾布開克。原名 Demetria Devonne Lovato。Demi Lovato是美國新生代女演員、流行樂歌手以及作詞人。
Demi在年僅6歲時，參演了兒童電視劇集 Barney&Friends，長達兩年之久。在2006-2007年，Demi客串了熱播美劇 Just Jordan和 Prison Break（越獄）。
2007年時Demi參演迪斯尼短片劇集 As The Bell Rings ，飾演主要角色 Charlotte Adams，並表演了她的幾首原創歌曲，獲得良好口碑。不久之後15歲的Demi與Jonas Brothers一起出演迪士尼影片 Camp Rock(《搖滾夏令營》)。Demi在其中飾演一個夢想成為歌手的14歲女孩MitchieTorres，這讓她一夜成名。電影的原聲收錄了Demi的三首原創歌曲。Demi簽約 HOLLYWOOD RECORD（好萊塢唱片公司）2008年9月23日，Demi的首張個人專輯 <Don't Forget>發行，一舉奪得了Billboard200第二。同年，Demi為Jonas Brothers的 Burning U演唱會擔任開場嘉賓。
2009年7月21日，Demi的第二張專輯 <Here We Go Again>首周銷量超過108,000張（Billboard 200第一）。
2009 年起，Demi一連線演了迪士尼原創影集，個人電視劇 Sonny With A Chance（《桑尼明星夢》）與迪士尼電視電影 Princess Protection Program（《公主保護計畫》）。
2010年Demi和Jonas Brothers一同拍攝電影 Camp Rock 2。同年11月，Demi主動退出 Camp Rock 2巡演，來到治療中心尋求幫助，解決困擾了她一段時間的身體和情緒問題。Demi因為飲食紊亂，厭食症以及自殘(用刀劃傷自己) 等心理疾病無法繼續巡演而感到遺憾，但迪士尼尊重Demi的決定，並給予祝福。
2011年1月27日，Demi的治療結束。離開治療中心之後，Demi放棄出演熱播電視劇 Sonny With A Chance（《桑尼明星夢》），專心於自己的第三張專輯。2011年9月20日，Demi第三張個人專輯 Unbroken發行， Unbroken首支單曲 Skyscraper首周空降Billboard Hot 100 No.10。第二支單曲 Give Your HeartA Break獲得Billboard Hot 100 No.16，Pop Song No.1 的好成績。
Really Don't Care2013年2月25日，Demi放出第四張專輯的首支單曲 Heart Attack。 在開放下載14小時之後， Heart Attack在Itunes下載榜上登頂，首周空降Billboard Hot 100 No.12。2013年5月14日，Demi個人第四張專輯 DEMI發行，首周銷量Billboard 200 No.3。
Made In The USA作為DEMI這張專輯的第二支單曲，歌曲MV是由Demi親自合作導演的，講述了一個在美國的愛情故事。Demi並不是MV的女主角，而是以一個敘述者的身份來緩緩講述這個唯美的愛情故事。這首歌曲的MV在發行後24小時之內便有5,000,000+的瀏覽量, 成為了Demi所有MV中24小時內瀏覽最多的MV。
Neon Lights作為DEMI這張專輯的第三支單曲，震撼的電子舞曲風，洋溢著青春的活力。歌曲MV里，迷醉的藍色調，閃爍的霓虹燈，伴著夜店舞曲，動感的舞姿， 更有舞男來助陣演繹這支性感的MV。
