In these paragraphs, the writer（建議改成author） Emphasized the import of quality of life,company should Arrangement establishing （arrange to establish）flextime, daycare and sports facilities to make employees full with motivate and aviod bordom. When I read these paragraphs, the last stance in paragraph seven: (去掉)“if they like the work, they can request an afficial transfer.” It confused me. Thecompany（改成companies） will lose their employees if thecompany（改成companies） Allow their employees request an new job. It is give (gives)the employees an Opportunity to leave. I think twice. The writer’s opinion may be(maybe,建議放在這句前) means the employees could request a new job in their own company. But it is still hard to Practice, beacause in a efficiency company, everyone has their own job. It will get Confusion if employees can chang their job At random. So how to deal with this problem is still confused me. There are some new words Impeded me. “establish” means: to cause to be accepted in or Familiar with a place, position. “Temporarily” means: not lasting or needed for very long. “Daycare” I can not find this word in Dictionary. In mine opinion it means the company will take care of your things in daytime
