簡介
LM137 內部結構和基本套用電路CW137/CW237/CW337 電路是負壓可調輸出集成穩壓器。輸出電壓可設定範圍-1.25V～-37V（47V/HV）。最小輸入壓差≤2.7V。
電路具有過流、過熱和調整管安全工作區保護電路。在≤-40V（50V/HV）輸入電壓範圍內，可以保證電路工作安全。
