I’m so happy that I hand learned one article and I learn a new article now—unit three. I read the front of this article—the first ,the second and the third paragraph. In the first paragraph, I didn’t find some difficulties for me, expect some new words. There are two new words for me; they are “authoritarian” and “dehumanizing”. But I looked over the dictionary, I understood them. The word “authoritarian” means someone hold on large authority. For example: in one company, the company’s owner want every employees follow his older, if not, he will fire them. And the other word “dehumanizing” means let someone lost his normal human feelings. For example: in one company, employees don’t be respected. And the boss never considered the employees’ feeling. The boss doesn’t look them as a person.
In the second paragraph, also I think it easy to understand, but there is a word difficult for me. It is “appropriately”. It means accurate and rational.
After I solve the difficulty, I understand all the meaning. Today, the society is large different from ago. All people have their own authority responsibility and opinion. Nobody is willing to do anything what against their willing. And lots of people want to contribute for the society. So company must pay attention it which want be good.
