黃蔚[中國科學院上海藥物研究所研究員]

黃蔚,長期從事蛋白糖基化方面研究,在單克隆抗體糖基化最佳化、ADC藥物研發、藥物受體的糖基化結構與功能、細胞表面糖鏈標記等研究方向上開展了深入的研究並取得積極的成果。在Nat. Chem. Biol., J. Am. Chem. Soc., J. Biol. Chem., ChemBioChem等專業期刊發表文章40餘篇,近5年引用數大於800次,H-index為18。

簡歷

2005年在中國科學院上海藥物研究所獲得有機化學博士學位。2005-2006年在美國猶他大學從事博士後研究,2006-2010年在美國馬里蘭大學任研究助理,2010-2012年在美國馬里蘭大學任助理教授。2012年入選第三批“青年千人計畫”,受聘於上海藥物研究所,擔任課題組長。

研究方向

發展和運用新穎的糖蛋白/糖肽/糖複合物合成方法和功能性糖組學分析方法,在化學和生物學交叉領域,具體在蛋白糖基化與重大疾病的關聯、糖參與的粘附GPCR信號介導、新型糖複合物在生物醫藥中的套用、基於糖結構的藥物及疫苗研發等方向上深入探討研究。
