內容簡介

0世紀70年代發現核磁共振(MRI)以來,其套用在近30年間得到飛速發展,目前它已成為現代社會無傷害性醫學成像技術中最為重要的技術之一。隨著神經科學的迅速發展,20世紀90年代初功能性核磁共振(fMRI)被引入,並成為當今探索大腦活動最有價值的工具之一。本書詳細介紹了核磁共振、功能性核磁共振的成像原理及套用方法。
成像的速度是核磁共振重要的衡量指標,Multiband(MB)成像是前沿的高時間解析度成像技術,可用於同時採集多層圖像。本書將介紹Multiband成像原理及其3個套用,具體包括靜態功能性核磁共振(resting-state fMRI)、軀體感覺區功能性核磁共振(somatosensory fMRI)和磁共振動脈自旋標(ASL)。
