個人簡介
2008年7月進入山東農業大學生科院工作。2007至2008年在美國夏威夷大學海洋系做訪問學者,2013-2014年在國家海洋局第三海洋研究所做訪問學者。從事微生物分子生態學和環境微生物學研究,主持國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金特別資助、面上項目、山東省優秀中青年科學家科研獎勵基金、山東省高等學校科技計畫項目、國家海洋局海洋生物遺傳資源重點實驗室基金等項目
獲獎情況
在《The ISME Journal》、《Applied and Environmental Microbiology》、《Microbes and Environments》等雜誌上發表SCI論文10餘篇。曾獲山東省高校青年教師多媒體教育軟體競賽一等獎,挑戰杯山東省大學生課外學術科技作品競賽優秀指導教師,山東省大中專學生志願者暑期“三下鄉”社會實踐活動優秀指導教師,山東農業大學“五·四青年崗位能手”,山東農業大學青年教師講課比賽三等獎。指導國家大學生創新性實驗計畫(SRT)2項,泰安市大學生科技創新計畫1項,指導學生獲山東省優秀學士學位論文1篇,指導學生獲山東省大學生“挑戰杯”競賽一等獎1項。
教學工作
生物化學與分子生物學國家級教學團隊成員。承擔本科生《動物生物化學》、《基礎生物化學》和《生物化學實驗》;研究生《現代分子生物學》、《高級生化實驗技術》等課程的教學工作。
學術研究
研究方向
1. 環境微生物學 研究各種生態環境下與污染物代謝相關的功能微生物,分離獲得微生物資源,利用分子生物學技術和微生物學技術研究污染物代謝的分子機制和代謝通路。
2. 微生物分子生態學 利用微生物分子生態學技術研究各種生態環境下微生物群落結構、豐度以及多樣性,結合生物信息學方法,探討微生物群落結構與環境因子之間的關係。
