工作經歷
1976-1992中國船舶工業貿易公司；1992-1994香港李建國方和律師事務所；1994-2000北京金杜律師事務所上海分所；2000年至今上海市耀良律師事務所。1984年至今，中國國際貿易仲裁委員會；1986年至今，中國海事仲裁委員會委員。
工作語言
漢語國語、英語。與外國律師合作並參加國外法院的訴訟程式（包括德國、英國、美國、挪威和香港地區），多次參與國外仲裁機構管轄的仲裁案件。
