顏培實，男，1960年生，博士，南京農業大學教授，畢業於日本日本國立廣島大學，動物營養與飼料科學，動物體溫調節、防暑技術方向。研究方向

改善動物康樂、提高家畜福利的環境管理技術。包括，奶牛的防暑管理與體溫日節律的關係、發酵床養豬與優質豬肉生產、太湖豬的耐熱特性、東北民豬的隔熱特性、屋頂隔熱的簡易畜舍。
