內容簡介
本書由24個主題單元組成選材力求豐富、多樣涵蓋電子信息領域的主要技術分支。教學參考學時為64學時分兩個學期教學使用。
第1、2單元介紹科技英語的基礎知識說明科技英語的特點和學習科技專業英語應注意的問題、翻譯的準則和技巧等旨在提高學生的翻譯能力。第13、14單元介紹科技英語的寫作基礎、英語寫作一般知識旨在提高學生的寫作能力。其他20個單元每個包括三篇文章 其中Passage A、Passage B為精讀部分給出單詞、短語、課文注釋 並配有適量的、形式豐富的練習題培養學生套用英語的能力。Passage C為泛讀部分供讀者自學用。通過對本書的學習可以使讀者掌握一定量的專業辭彙及術語了解科技文獻的表達特點提高閱讀和理解原始專業英語文獻的能力掌握英語翻譯技巧開闊視野。
本書可作為電子信息類學科相關專業大學本科生的專業英語教材也可供從事信息產業的工程技術人員參考學習。
