性能描述TeSys T的保護功能：
> TeSys T除了具有全面與電流相關的保護功能（過流、過載、電流相不平衡、缺相、倒相、接地、堵轉、起動時間過長、欠載等保護）外，還具有與電壓和功率相關的所有保護功能，如過欠壓保護、過欠功率保護、過欠功率因數保護、電壓缺相/倒相/相不平衡、失壓後自動順序重起等；監視和數據統計功能：a.可以通過人機界面或匯流排對電機運行的狀態和所有電參數做實時的監視；b.可以記錄一百次故障，對最後5次故障有詳細的紀錄。
TeSys T的控制功能：
> TeSys T具有六種控制模式，除了單向、可逆（正反轉）、過載模式外，還有雙步模式（星-三角起動）、雙速模式（雙速電機繞組投切）和自定義模式（允許用戶通過邏輯組態控制電機）。
TeSys T的通信：
> TeSys T的通信能力在同類產品中可以說是無出其右，本體或擴展模組都具有雙通信接口，一個用於連線現場匯流排，直接支持Modbus，CANopen，DeviceNet，Profibus DP，以及Ethernet，另外一個用於與操作終端（HMI）通信。
