個人經歷
1979 年考入武漢水利電力大學攻讀套用數學專業研究生，獲碩士學位後留校任教。 1991 年晉升為教授， 1994 年至 2004 年期間先後任武漢水利電力大學套用數學系主任、理學院院長、數理系主任、武漢大學數學與統計學院副院長。 陸君安 是武漢大學數學與統 計學院 教授、博士生導師、武漢大學複雜網路研究中心副主任。《 IEEE Transactions on CAS 》 、 《 Int.J.of Bifurcation and Chaos 》、《 Journal of Sound and Vibration 》、 《中國科學》、《 Chinese Physics 》、《物理學報》等刊物審稿人 , 《 Chinese Physics Letters 》 2004-2008 年度特約評審、《高等學校計算數學學報》《 Numerical Mathematics A Journal of Chinese Universities 》編委、湖北省暨武漢市數學會理事、計算數學學會理事長。
個人榮譽
曾獲國務院政府特殊津貼，國家教委科技進步三等獎、湖北省自然科學二等獎、電力部教學優秀成果二等獎、武漢大學優秀教師、武漢大學優秀研究生導師、湖北省科普先進工作者等。
主要成就
他長期從事套用數學、計算數學和工科數學的教學和研究，擅長套用數學與相關領域的交叉研究。在八十年代，主要學習和研究變分不等式和自由邊界的建模和計算，合著《 Optimum Domain Problems Governed by a class of PDE 》 （ Lecture Notes in Mathematics ， Springer-Verlag ， Vol.1297 ， 1987 ， 165-170 ），《泥沙沖刷漏斗自由邊界問題及其計算》（高校套用數學學報， 4 （ 2 ）， 1989 ， 296-304 ）；九十年代初與他人合作建立混合有限分析法，合著出版《粘性流體混合有限分析解法》（科學出版社， 2000 ，撰寫第２、３章 ) ，獲國家教委科技進步三等獎；九十年代中期開始學習和研究混沌動力學。曾 主持和參加國家自然科學基金、香港政府研究資助局關於火災安全項目、世界衛生組織關於突發公共衛生事件早期預警項目，以及多個國家重點實驗室開放基金等項目。目前主持 國家自然科學基金項目《幾種典型耦合結構的 複雜動力網路的 控制與同步》（ 60574045 ）， 是 國家重點基礎研究發展計畫項目（ 973 ）“長江流域水沙產輸及其與環境變化耦合機理研究”（ 2003CB415200 ）和 國家 973 計畫前期研究專項課題 “網路式軟體需求獲取與演化建模的研究” (2006CB708302) 成員。
主要研究領域
非線性系統理論、混沌控制與同步、複雜網路、科學與工程計算。合著出版：《 混沌動力學初步》（武漢水利電力大學出版社， 1998 ）；《混沌時間序列分析及其套用》（武漢大學出版社， 2002 ）；《偏微分方程的 MATLAB 解法》（武漢大學出版社， 2001 ）。已發表論文 100 余 篇，其中已被 SCI 收錄近 40 篇， EI 收錄 20 余篇 , 被 SCI 他引 200 余次。近期發表的論文如下：
