陳兵[昆蟲遺傳學家]

陳兵,中國科學院博士,芝加哥大學博士後,瑞士蘇黎世大學訪問學者,河北大學教授,博士生導師,昆蟲學家,進化遺傳學家。主要研究領域為動物逆境適應的生態和進化功能基因組學,涉及昆蟲的耐熱耐寒性、高原低氧適應、熱休克蛋白、表觀遺傳等。共發表論文/論著50餘篇,其中SCI論文30餘篇,第一作者或通訊作者文章近30篇,重要代表性研究成果發表在, , , , 等期刊上,相關成果被國內國際同行廣泛引用,並被邀請在十多個國際學術會議上報告和給眾多國際雜誌審稿。作為項目和課題負責人主持國家級項目10餘項,包括國家自然科學基金國際地區間合作項目、重大研究計畫項目和面上項目,還開展多項國際和國內合作研究。

研究方向

聚焦“動物逆境生物學”(Animal Stress Biology),在動物對環境脅迫適應的分子和遺傳機制方向開展創新型研究。

主要是用生態與進化的功能基因組學的方法和理論,開展動物逆境生物學相關科學問題的研究和相關學科的教學。該方向是動物學(昆蟲學)、生理學、遺傳學和基因組學等學科的前沿交叉領域。

正在開展的研究涉及氧氣(高原缺氧)、水份(乾旱缺水)和種群密度(擁擠)等環境因子,以及熱激蛋白、表觀遺傳(修飾)和適應性變異等分子機制。
