主持並完成湖北省教育廳基金項目“溶栓活性乳酸菌的構建”(Q200718003),湖北省科技廳面上項目“氯氰菊酯的微生物降解途徑和機理研究”(2008CDB067)。現主持國家自然科學基金面上項目“假單胞菌NyZ12 降解環己胺的分子機理研究”(31270112)。完成多項企業橫向項目。
