具體研究內容
DNA甲基化修飾是一種重要的表觀遺傳學標誌,在基因的表達調控,基因組的結構及穩定性,X染色體的失活和其它生長發育調控等方面都具有十分重要的作用。DNA甲基化的水平主要由甲基化和去甲基化這兩個途經來協同調控。在植物體內,DNA去甲基化主要是由repressor of silencing 1 (ROS1)基因家族介導的鹼基切除修復機制來實現。在植物中對DNA甲基化途經的研究已經比較深入,但是對DNA去甲基化的分子機制還不清楚。運用遺傳學,生物化學和細胞生物學的方法,對植物體內DNA去甲基化的酶學機制以及調控去甲基化的途經進行深入的研究。
