鄭耀武

鄭耀武(1959.9.15—),博士生導師,於生命科學學院畢業,現任東北師範大學生命科學院膜通道實驗室教授。

基本信息

主要成就

1990年獲美國南卡羅萊納大學博士學位。現任東北師範大學生命科學院教授。長期從事基因的克隆、基因的表達及基因的調節研究工作,完成了多個基因的克隆工作,建立了多種細胞模型、轉基因動物模型,以及多個基因的定位敲除動物模型。先後在Nature, Science,PNAS,BLOOD,JBC等權威雜誌上發表了多篇論文。1993年開始從事與心血管病有關的凝血蛋白酶(血栓素)受體的研究工作,在血栓素受體基因克隆、基因表達,以及利用轉基因動物和最新的基因敲除技術在血管內皮細胞生長因子(VEGF)基因的功能等方面進行了大量的、深入的研究,並取得了一系列科研成果,在國際血栓素受體和血管內皮生長因子研究領域內占有重要學術地位。
