鄒儒佳副研究員,香江學者,碩士生導師,致力於納米材料的製備、結構和單體性能及器件研究。目前,申請人總共在Prog.Mater.Sci.、Adv.Mater.、NPGAsiaMater.等著名學術期刊發表SCI論文超過100篇,文章被引用超過1800次,H-index:21。第一和通訊作者發表SCI論文44篇,其中影響因子>10的有6篇,影響因子>5的有26篇,包括Prog.Mater.Sci.、NPGAsiaMater.、Adv.Mater.、NanoLett.、NanoEnergy、Small等。授權專利10。發表在Nature子刊NPGAsiaMaterials上文章被選為該期刊在Nature出版集團期刊中的推薦閱讀文章;1篇文章被選為“The30mostaccessedarticlesinJournalofMaterialsChemistryAin2014”;發表的論文中有7篇被選為“高被引論文”;7篇選為該期刊封面文章,5篇文章發表後入選該雜誌的熱點和TopTen下載文章。獲得包括香江學者、東華大學勵志人才計畫等人才項目資助,獲得包括“上海市青少年科技創新市長獎”提名獎、上海市優秀博士生學位論文和上海市優秀畢業生學等多項獎勵和榮譽

已取得的主要研究成果:
主要從事透射電鏡下納米材料的原位性能研究,建立材料微結構變化與性能之間的關係及對器件性能影響。
(一)研究了液態金屬在納米線或管中電遷移及動力學行為
發現碳納米管與金屬電極接觸工作時,金屬電極材料熔化流進碳納米管內的動力學/熱力學過程;觀察到Au/Ge液態合金在固體Ge納米線中電遷移的現象;系統研究了液態金屬合金在納米線或碳納米管中的運動規律及動力學行為,實現了通過調控電壓及納米線或碳納米管的長度精確控制液態金屬合金在納米線或碳納米管中的移動位置和方向,為設計與構建異質結納米材料及器件提供了新的設計思路。
(二)發展了透射電鏡下納米材料原位物理性能研究
錫是非常重要的金屬,有廣泛的工業套用。但當溫度降到-13.2℃以下,錫會變成鬆散的粉末,影響金屬錫的套用。設計、合成了Sn填充Ga2O3納米管,透射電鏡原位研究了它的電和熱學物理性能,發現在Ga2O3納米管內的金屬Sn即使在-170℃仍然保持金屬性,拓展了金屬Sn的在低溫環境中的套用;發現Ga2O3納米管中的金屬Sn熔點從232℃降低到58℃,構建了基於Sn填充Ga2O3納米管的熱驅動電子開關。另外,研究了多種半導體納米電極材料(NiCo2S4納米片、MnCO3多孔球等)的原位理化過程及其它們的電化學性能;研究了多種單根電容器電極材料的電學性能;實現了石墨烯納米帶的連結及不同形狀石墨烯的構建等等。
(三)開發了多種半導體超級電容器電極材料
構建了三維網路結構NiCo2S4納米片生長在碳布上作為鋰電池正極材料,獲得優異的電化學性能。通過水熱法製備了碳包覆多孔NiO納米粒子電極材料,由於高導電性碳的存在,提高其電化學性能;採用簡單水熱法合成大量NiCo2O4鏈狀納米線超級電容器電極材料,該材料具有優異的電化學性能;採用恆電流沉積法在泡沫鎳基底上生長了長約數微米α-MnO超細納米帶,該材料具有良好的抗溫變效應和電化學性能;合成了3Dcore/shell異質結結構MnOOH納米片生長在NiO納米片陣列上,該材料具有優異的電化學性能等等。
