1. 針對特定靶點的小分子新藥研發及作用機理研究 :主要針對惡性腫瘤及神經系統疾病包括急性腦損傷等進行針對特定靶點新藥研發套用基礎研究,研究內容包括高通量抗腫瘤藥物篩選,藥效,藥代動力學及安全性評價,基於代謝組學及蛋白組學等藥物作用機理及安全性研究。2. 抗腫瘤多藥耐藥及藥代動力學研究: 研究範圍包括藥物轉運載體包括腫瘤多藥耐藥相關藥物載體的調控機理研究,不同疾病狀態下藥物轉運載體的調控和藥代動力學特點研究。
