劇情介紹
女博士布萊南是個刑偵檢驗專家，善於從受害者的遺骸中發現破桉線索。聯邦調查局在發現肉體完全腐爛只剩下不可辨認的骸骨的受害人時，經常求助於博士和她的小組.
Bones的創作靈感來源於法庭人類學家和長篇小說家Kathy Reichs的真實生活。主人公TEMPERANCE Brennan博士，是一名法庭人類學家，她為傑斐遜協會工作，並以寫作小說為副業，因有著特殊的才能，能根據受害者的屍骨找到常人難以發現的線索。而被法院強制她協助警方偵破那些因屍體嚴重腐爛、燒毀或被破壞而使得普通的屍檢方法無能為力的兇殺案件。
Brennnan在傑斐遜協會法醫學實驗室有著同樣出色的才華的同事們，包括：喜歡泡帥哥的Angela Montenegro，她能用三維圖象模擬再現原始犯罪現場。Brennan的助手Zack Addy，他的智商高得嚇人，同時拿下了好幾個博士頭銜。Jack Hodgins是昆蟲、孢子和礦石方面的專家，但卻喜歡耍陰謀詭計。還有Brennan的老闆，實驗室主任Daniel Goodman博士。Brennan還經常要與特別探員Seeley Booth打交道，他曾是一名軍隊的狙擊手，在破案時對科學和科學家並不信任。Brennan和Booth在工作和生活中經常發生摩擦，但戲劇性的是，不是冤家不碰頭，兩人之間最後竟奇妙地擦出了火花……
