概述
《蘇格蘭之花》是蘇格蘭的準國歌，《蘇格蘭之花》與另一首古老民謠的《勇敢的蘇格蘭人》同為蘇格蘭邦的非官方準國歌，但在一些官方正式場合或是競賽場上，是以《蘇格蘭之花》作為代表蘇格蘭邦的準國歌曲目演奏。《蘇格蘭之花》的作者是羅伊·威廉姆森（Roy Williamson，1937-1990）採用蘇格蘭民間曲調配以歌詞於1967年創作完成，這首歌是以1314年班諾克戰役中，蘇格蘭王羅伯特布魯斯（Robert Bruce）的軍隊擊敗英王愛德華二世（Edward II）為創作背景。因此歌詞中有著濃烈的反英格蘭色彩，此曲創作後受到蘇格蘭許多民眾的喜愛。
蘇格蘭國旗在2006年7月，皇家蘇格蘭國家管弦樂團進行了一項線上民意調查，民眾可以從五個候選曲目中選擇一個作為未來的國歌。有約一萬人次參加了投票，得出結果是，《蘇格蘭之花》得到"41%"的選票遠高於《勇敢的蘇格蘭人》的"29%"，是最受歡迎的贏家。
到目前為止，一般國際上皆以《蘇格蘭之花》為最能代表蘇格蘭邦的非正式準國歌，且蘇格蘭是所有的英聯合王國各邦中最接近獨立的主權實體，當然蘇格蘭的邦歌就是準國歌。
