羅林保,博士,安徽肥東人,2010年11月入選黃山學者-傑出青年人才支持計畫,現任合肥工業大學電子科學與套用物理學院特聘教授。

保,博士,安徽肥東人,2010年11月入選黃山學者-傑出青年人才支持計畫,現任合肥工業大學電子科學與套用物理學院特聘教授。
2009年9月獲香港城市大學物理及材料科學系博士學位。之後繼續在物理及材料科學系從事博士後研究。羅林保博士長期從事低維納米材料的合成,表征及光電器件研究工作。迄今為止,已發表研究論文32篇,全部為SCI收錄,平均影響因子為4.7,論文被SCI 檢索引用超500次,單篇最高引用87次。
研究興趣:
1.一維半導體納米結構的光電器件及能源領域的套用研究。
2.基於表面拉曼增強效應的各種化學,生物探針的研究。
3.一維半導體納米線的表面態與電學輸運特性研究。
