研究興趣
通過現代分子生物學技術篩選與研究微生物資源,特別是極端環境微生物資源;並從中尋找具有生物活性的化合物及酶分子;利用基因工程手段技術對微生物菌株及其所產生的代謝產物進行改造;開發食品與醫藥工業微生物資源。研究工作重點在於採用國內外最新的研究成果和手段,結合微生物資源特色與優勢,利用現代發酵技術對微生物生產過程進行最佳化和改進,從而最佳化工業催化和工業生產過程。
