人物經歷
曾於1984年和1990年先後在日本東京大學工學部和科學技術廳無機材料研究所(筑波)作訪問學者。
1996年參加日本的MRS學術會議,其後去長崗科技大學、東京大學等進行學術交流。2004年去美國史丹福大學,羅切斯特大學進行學術交流。
研究方向
無機光電子與功能材料的製備及物性。
納米快離子導體的製備和物性研究。
主要貢獻
雷射紅寶石體單晶的研製獲中科院科技進步二等獎;紅外體單晶的研製獲中科院自然科學三等獎;非晶Ag-Li快離子導體研究獲中科院自然科學三等獎。迄今已在國內外核心刊物發表學術論文60餘篇。

獲獎記錄
1972~1977年在中科院安徽光機所晶體研究室從事雷射紅寶石單晶的研究工作,並因此獲得中科院二等獎;1978-1980年在中國科學技術大學物理系晶體專業從事紅外單晶的研製工作,獲中科院三等獎。
