王天文[華東理工大學副教授]

王天文,男,1977年生,河南南召人,九三學社,副教授,博士,生物化學與分子生物學專業、生物工程專業、輕工技術與工程專業碩士生導師,生物反應器國家重點實驗室、 納米生物工程實驗室、生物醫藥納米中心固定研究人員。

人物簡介

2000年畢業於河南農業大學,獲得微生物學學士學位,2003年畢業於福建農業大學生物化學與分子生物學專業,獲碩士學位,2006年畢業於華東理工大學生物化工專業,獲博士學位。隨後分別在清華大學和新加坡國立大學(The National University of Singapore)進行博士後(Research fellow)研究。曾任職於天津大學和江南大學, 2013年加入華東理工大學生物工程學院。AFOB會員,中國生物工程學會會員,上海生物工程學會會員。至2014年4月,已發表SCI論文19篇,申請發明專利多項,其中美國專利一項。

研究方向

1.生物化學

主要針對具有重要套用前景的酶、蛋白等。綜合運用生物化學和分子生物學的手段,發現和改造具有重要套用前景的酶或蛋白,並套用於生物催化中。

2.合成生物學

以生產具有抗癌作用的天然產物(如抗生素、非核糖體肽等)為目標產物,運用代謝工程手段和合成生物學策略,構建理性化設代謝途徑,通過發酵等過程,獲得目標產物。

3.RNA生物學

主要針對蛋白質合成機器核糖體的結構和功能,設計合適的tRNA,實現在蛋白質中摻入利於後期修飾的非天然胺基酸,為製備超高穩定性酶催化劑或藥物蛋白提供解決方案。
