涼拌菠菜豆腐

老豆腐 Firm tofu半盒 8 oz, 225 g
芝麻油 sesame seed oil1 tsp
菠菜 Spinacha bunch, 250 g
海苔 dried seaweed2 pieces
植物油 vegetable oil2 Tbs
涼拌醬 peanut fla. sauc1 Tbs
熟芝麻 roasted sesame s1 Tbs

做法

1. 原料圖。All ingredients.

2. 豆腐切片瀝乾水分。平底鍋加少許植物油,中火煎豆腐至兩面金黃。Slice tofu, dry with paper towel. Saute tofu in median heat with vegetable oil until lightly brown on both sides.

3. 菠菜洗淨在沸水中焯30秒,過冷水,擠乾水分,切小段。Blanch spinach, squeeze to drain, roughly chop.

4. 在一大碗中混合豆腐,菠菜,一大勺涼拌醬,一小勺麻油,一大勺芝麻,拌勻。In a big bowl add tofu, spinach, 1 Tbs peanut flavored sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 Tbs sesame seeds. Mix well.

5. 裝盤,撒上剪碎的海苔。Serve with dried seaweed on top.
