江蘇勝大石油設備製造有限公司坐落於環境優美、交通便捷的“江南龍城”—常州，全國最大的無縫鋼管集散地之一。公司創建於2006年5月，是由具有10多年鋼管制造、銷售經驗，實力雄厚的常州大潤鋼管有限公司出資籌建。公司註冊資金5000萬元，占地面積300畝，建築面積12萬平方米，總投資3.7億。公司自2007年3月份開始投產，6月份進行全面生產以來,取得了年產量20萬噸，年產值20億之多，利稅達5000萬的驕人成績。

勝大石油主要生產外徑5 1/2英寸以下口徑的石油鑽桿、工具接頭、全系列的鑽挺及無磁鑽挺、整體式加重鑽桿、鑽柱轉換接頭、提升短節、外徑48.3-外徑114.3的油管及配套接箍、外徑88.9~外徑127的保溫油管(專利產品)、外徑95-外徑339.7的套管及配套接箍、外徑9-1/2〞~3-1/2〞（執行API 7及API RP7G標準）、外徑114.3-外徑177.8高鋼級、高抗體毀套管、外徑32-外徑140精密鋼管。另外公司還於2008年年底，進行了新生產線的安裝、新設備的調試，研發了螺桿鑽具、抽油桿、鑽桿扶正器及各類規格的接箍及配套產品。為企業的更快發展，滿足市場的需求，公司技術部門不斷創新研發，致力於常規產品的技術改進，創新研發高端產品。
勝大石油擁有先進成熟的鑽桿加工線，全自動熱處理調質線，管端液壓加厚線，油井管加工線、深孔加工線等專業石油開採設備加工生產線。與此同時，公司還具有嚴謹的檢測體系,全面的檢測手段：渦流探傷、漏磁探傷、磁粉探傷、超聲探傷、水壓試驗、機械型性能測試等。獨立設定的質檢探傷車間是本公司的一大特色，確保被試用的原料100%合格。公司擁有一間先進的理化實驗室，，可完成化學成分分析、金相分析、拉升試驗、低溫衝擊試驗、硬度試驗等，配套專業人員操作及管理，為質量控制把好了關。同時公司還在不斷的完善自身的檢測水平，對外引進先進的設備、技術和人才，做到精益求精、一絲不苟、盡善盡美、追求卓越。

Jiangsu Shined Petroleum Equipment Manufacturer Co., Ltd, is Located in beautiful city——Changzhou. The company is Invested by Changzhou Darun steel tubing co. Ltd ,and built in May 2006. The registered capital is over Fifty Million RMB, And total investment capital is 3.7 billion RMB. The company have an area of 200,000 square meters , and construction area of 120000 square meters . Since we started to formally put into production in June 2007, our annual turnover is over 200 Million USD, and profit and tax is more than 50 million.
Shined has a high level expert team and high quality worker team with 350 employees, 224 technicians including 46 high titled experts. Most of the key position personnel have college degree or higher and full of professional experience. The company holds activites every year, chess tournament, basketball game, skills competition etc to promote staffs’ cohensive force and unite them. Jiangsu shined Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing CO., LTD mainly manufactues octg and related equipment parts including drill pipe (OD≤139.7), tool joints, full range of drill collars, non-magnetic drill collar, types drilling collar, drill adapter, elevator plug, OD48.3-OD114.3 Tubing and couplings, OD88.9- OD127 concentric insulated tubing (patented product), OD95-OD177.8 high grade, anticollapse Casing, OD32- OD140 precision steel tube. In late 2008, the company installed the new production line, debugged the new equipment and developed the screwdrill, pumping rod, dirllpipe stabilizer and couplings of all specifications. The technology division dedicated to conventional products’ technological improvements and to develop the high-end products.
Shined has its own petroleum equipment manufacture line such as maturing dirll pipe processing line, full automatic quench and temper heat treatment line, pipe ends hydraulic upsetting line, Tubing and Casing line, deep hole Woking line. Also the company has the precise inspection system: eddy current test, flux leakage testing, magnetic powder inspection, ultrosonic inspection, hydrostatic test, mechanical property test etc. The indepentdant installed QC workshop is the unique feature in the company to guarantee the 100% of the raw materials’ acceptable quality. One advanced physics & chemistry lab can make sure that the chemical analysis, metallographic analysis, tensile test, low-temperature impact test and hardness test will made the quality controlled of course, by the assorted professional’s operations or management.
