劇情簡介
一位婦女遭受了瑪雅詛咒，蛇將在她的體內孵化，併吞噬掉她的內臟破肚而出。她唯一倖存的機會，就是跨越邊境去尋找一位瑪雅巫師來破除詛咒。只剩幾個小時生命的她，情急之下，跳上了一輛開往洛杉磯的列車。列車上的乘客們還不知道，自己即將成為毒蛇的盤中餐。

故事簡介
