1982年畢業於齊齊哈爾大學，獲合成纖維專業工學學士學位；
2008年在上海東華大學獲材料科學與工程專業工學博士學位。

主要研究方向包括：玻璃纖維複合材料研究；碳纖維複合材料研究；玄武岩纖維複合材料研究；橡膠基複合材料研究；粉煤灰/膠粉複合材料研究；廢膠粉/廢紙漿複合材料研究；和橡膠共混改性研究。
