1978年出生
1997年畢業於寧鄉一中,高考考入清華大學汽車工程系
2001年本科畢業後保送公管學院讀碩士
2004年獲管理學碩士,碩士畢業的他選擇了離校工作,從任職汽車行業諮詢師,到調入北京經濟技術開發區管委會擔任公務員,在社會大熔爐中歷練3年多後毅然考博重返校園。
2010年獲管理學博士

6.作為骨幹人員參與國家能源局/工信部“中國車用能源技術路線和政策綜合研究”等國家重點項目研究,成果已被相關部門採用。

《中國車用能源技術路線全生命周期分析》為作者近四年在車用能源全生命周期分析(lca)領域的研究成果,其中大部分內容已發表在國際學術期刊上。在greet模型平台基礎上,開發建立起了清華大學中國車用能源全生命分析模型(tlcam),編制了中國主要終端能源品種的全生命周期化石能源和溫室氣體(ghg)排放強度清單,重點對中國當前和未來的多條車用能源技術路線進行了全生命周期能耗及ghg排放分析。
