楊亞江 教授(博士生導師)1975年12月畢業於華南理工大學有機化工系高分子化工專業。1976年-1993年湖北省化學研究所,助理研究員。1986-1987加拿大阿爾伯達研究院訪問學者。1989-1992荷蘭格羅寧根大學訪問學者。主要研究領域(main research interests)智慧型高分子。

研究方向

(main research interests)

智慧型高分子:主要開展智慧型聚合物凝膠。研究聚合物凝膠對外界環境條件(溫度、液體介質的組成、pH或離子強度、外加電場、光照和生化反應等)的變化能及時作出溶漲和收縮應答的智慧型功能,使聚合物具有感知、感測、處理和驅動的能力。在疏水相互作用導致的智慧型聚合物凝膠方面形成了特色。在醫學和仿生學領域有許多套用,如各種膜、藥物緩釋載體等。(該研究曾獲2項國家自然科學基金資助)

Intelligent polymers: The main research interests are in the field of polymer hydrogels which are responsible to stimuli of environment including temperature, composition of solutions, pH or ionic strength, electric fields and so on. These hydrogels are capable to act as sensors and drivers etc. Particularly, the hydrogels with responsibility results from hydrophobic interactions have potential applications in the area of drug delivery system and bionics.

超分子化學:主要開展凝膠因子(geltors)在溶劑中利用非共價相互作用自發地聚集、組裝成有序結構, 進而使整個體系凝膠化,形成分子凝膠。利用帶有雙鍵等可聚合基團凝膠因子,使有機溶劑先發生凝膠化, 後引發聚合, 從而形成穩定的有序高級結構。作為分子平台,研究客體分子在凝膠體系那的傳質等,在藥物載體、凝膠電解質領域有許多套用。(該研究曾獲3項國家自然科學基金及航天、信息產業部、省攻關項目資助)

Supramolecular chemistry: The main research interests are the supramolecular gels which can be formed by self-assembly of organic gelators in water and organic solvents. Particularly, a stable supramolecular gel can be formed by polymerizable gelators. The supramolecular gels are capable to act as a carrier of host-guest molecular interactions. The main potential applications are in the fields of drug carrier and electrolytes etc.

納米藥物載體:主要開展聚合物納米粒的製備及用於藥物載體,研究納米效應在降低藥物毒性、提高藥物靶向性以及納米藥物的生物安全性等。(該研究曾獲國家973項目、國家863項目、國家“十五”科技攻關、國家中長期發展規劃項目資助)

Nanomedicine carriers: The main research interests are the polymer nano-particles which act as the drug carriers. The drug-loaded nano-particles usually can reduce the toxicity of drug and enhance drug targeting.
