梁志祥[百度副總裁]

2005年6月加盟百度，2011年6月晉升為副總裁，並擔任總法律顧問。曾在2013年初至2018年2月任CEO助理。 梁志祥負責百度大法務審核監察體系工作，具體包括法務部、交易及合規法律部、政策研究部、專利事務部、業務監察部、刑事法務偵查部、風控體系產品技術部、線上管理部、業務審核管理部、法務體系糯米業務審核部等。

人物經歷

梁志祥畢業於美國耶魯大學法學院，獲得碩士學位。之前，梁志祥曾獲得北京大學法學院，澳大利亞新南威爾斯大學法學院法律學位。

梁志祥曾供職於中國國務院法制辦公室、君合律師事務所，並曾在美國達維律師事務所Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP紐約總部進行工作交流。

梁志祥為百度在各種新業務、新模式的探索中提供了有力的政策法律支持和保障。梁志祥也曾直接參與百度2005年在美國納斯達克IPO進程，完成了百度歷年的收購兼併和國內外商務合作項目當中的政策和法律支持工作。

Vice President

Mr.Liang joined Baidu in June 2005, was promoted to vice president in June 2011 and held the general counsel position. He acted as CEO assistant from the beginning of 2013 to February 2018.

Mr. Liang leads the legal, international& M&A legal affairs, policy research, patent, corporate business supervision, criminal prevention and detection,risk control system product& technology,online management, operation monitor, legal operation monitor-Nuomi.

Mr. Liang graduated from Yale Law School in the United States with a master's degree. Before that, he had received a law degree from the Law School of Peking University and the Law School of University of New South Wales, Australia.

Mr. Liang used to work in the Legal Department of the State Council of China and Jun He Law Offices. He also has working experience at the Davis Polk& Wardwell LLP New York headquarters in Davis, USA. Liang provided powerful policy, legal support and guarantee for Baidu in various new business and exploration of the new models. Liang has also been directly involved in Baidu's 2005 NASDAQ IPO process in the United States, supporting many years of Baidu's mergers and acquisitions，domestic and foreign business cooperation projects among the policy and legal area.
