概述
主要從事生物活性小分子一氧化氮的生物化學性質及其供體藥物研究;高價碘在有機合成中的套用研究;綠色有機合成方法研究等。開創性地發現了一氧化氮能對三元雜環化合物進行自由基立體選擇性的開環反應,並深入探討了此類反應的機理。該項研究對理解一氧化氮的生物學意義有著積極的貢獻。曾作為主要成員參與並完成了國家自然科學基金面上項目“生物活性S-NO衍生物單電子轉移反應的研究”(20072013)和“NO親電反應的研究”(20272022),參與在研國家自然科學基金面上項目“一氧化氮與三元雜環化合物開環反應及其在有機合成中的套用”(20572040)。在自由基化學、生物有機化學、藥物有機化學及有機合成方法學等研究領域已發表論文20餘篇,其中SCI收錄論文20篇。包括四面體快報(Tetrahedron Letters)(影響因子為2.5)7篇;高等合成催化(Advanced Synthesis & Catalysis)(影響因子為4.8)1篇;Synlett(影響因子2.8)1篇;Synth. Commun. 2篇;有機化學5篇等。現為世界著名化學刊物Synlett(SCI IF 2.8)的審稿人。
