GB標準採用小白鼠做試驗來判定材料產煙的煙氣毒性危險分級。
ISO標準採用氣體分析儀判定材料產煙的煙氣毒性危險分級。氣體分析儀為另選配
此試驗機中諾公司同”公安部四川消防研究所科技處”共同研發，獨具全球領先技術。

3.1試驗裝置由環形爐、石英管、石英舟、煙氣採集配給組件、溫度控制系統、爐位移系統、空氣供給系統組成

4.4環形爐供熱溫度校準：顯示時間、溫度曲線和實際所測的溫度對照圖表；
4.5材料的產煙濃度、產煙率設定後自動計算；
