個人主要經歷
1982年畢業於北京中醫學院醫療系,
1982年-1986年在北京積水潭醫院任住院醫師。
1987年-1992年在美國紐約州立大學醫學院研究生院 學習並獲細胞生物學碩士學位(1990)和分子生物學博士學位(1992)。
1992年-1996年美國哈佛大學公共衛生學院心血管研究所及哈佛大學醫學院附屬醫院心血管研究中心做博士後研究。
1997-2002年在美國哈佛大學醫學院附屬醫院心血管研究中心任講師,
2002年 起在美國哈佛大學醫學院附屬醫院心血管研究中心任助理教授。北京中醫藥大學教育部心血管內科重點實驗室客座教授。美國心臟學會會員、美國細胞分子生物學學會會員。
主要研究興趣
運用分子生物學、小鼠心肌缺血模型及轉基因和基因敲除等技術,系統地研究缺血缺氧誘導的血管新生及心肌細胞缺血狀態下誘導的內皮細胞的基因表達及其生物學意義,以及抑制血管生成對於腫瘤發生轉移的分子機理。此外,研究天然藥有效成分對血管生成的影響。
