1、研究方向:
低維結構材料的製備、微結構、光電特性研究及其套用
2、研究內容
低維結構材料的量子限制效應與表面效應,以及結構、形貌、接口對電-聲子耦合的影響;低維結構材料的可控制備,高性能光電器件的設計。
