2009年6月回北京大學化學與分子學院工作,任副教授、博士生導師。入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”(2011年)、國家首批優秀青年基金獲得者(2012年)、中組部首批青年拔尖人才(2012年)。

科研成果

一直從事納米材料化學與納米器件研究,當前研究興趣包括二維晶體材料的控制合成方法、光電性質與新概念能源器件套用。2009年回國後發展了二維Dirac材料(石墨烯、拓撲絕緣體納米結構)的製備方法、化學修飾與器件加工技術。發展了二維疊層同質或異質結構的范德華外延生長方法(Nano Lett.2010,10,2870),實現了AB 堆垛雙層石墨烯大面積范德華外延(Nano Lett.2011,11, 1106);建立了高質量石墨烯PN結的調製摻雜生長方法,並研究了石墨烯PN結的“光熱電”機制的高效能量轉換(Nature Commun.2012,3, 1280);提出了石墨烯的非對稱雙面化學修飾方法(Nature Commun.2013,4, 1443);建立和發展了拓撲絕緣體二維結構的“VLS”、“VS”及“范德華外延”的生長方法(Nano Lett.2010,10, 2245;J. Am. Chem. Soc.2012, 134,6132),首次觀測到拓撲絕緣體Bi2Se3納米帶表面態的AB量子干涉效應等新奇量子現象(Nature Mater.2010,9, 225;他引120餘次),通過柵電壓實現了拓撲絕緣體納米薄片化學勢的調控,並首次將拓撲絕緣體二維納米結構套用於柔性透明導電薄膜(Nature Chem.2012,4, 281)。
迄今已發表SCI收錄論文60餘篇,包括Nature Materials (1篇), Nature Chemistry (1篇), Nature Communications(2篇),Nature Nanotech. (2篇), Nano Lett. (15篇), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (5篇), Adv. Mater. (3篇), ACS Nano (4篇)、Small (5篇),Acc. Chem. Res. (1篇),Coord. Chem. Rev.(1篇),論文被SCI他引2500餘次。研究成果受到國內外同行的廣泛關注,多次被Reviews of Modern Physics, NatureMaterials, Nature Photonics, Nature Chemistry, C&E News, SLAC, PhysOrg等正面報導。獲美國發明專利1項、申請美國發明專利1項和中國發明專利2項。曾獲中國分析測試協會科學技術一等獎(2005年,排名第2)。籌劃和組織國際和雙邊會議4次,包括2011年美國材料研究學會(MRS)秋季會議“拓撲絕緣體材料”分會(co-chair,這是該主題在MRS系列會議上首次召開)、2011年中國材料研討會的“第一屆中國-新加坡青年材料學家論壇”(co-chair)、2012年北京大學國際能源材料與化學研討會(主要組織者),2013年“納米化學前沿論壇”國際會議(主要組織者)。
