人物簡介
工學博士,2004年畢業於浙江大學信息學院,獲博士學位並留校任教,現為浙江大學醫學院基礎醫學系教師。2011年7月-至今在史丹福大學醫學院外科系擔任訪問副教授(Visiting associate professor)。主要從事生物信息學,癌症計算系統生物學,循證醫學,醫學遺傳學的研究工作。擔任SCI期刊《Neural Regeneration Research》執行編委。先後擔任重要國際期刊《FEBS Letters》,《Bioinformatics》,《IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics》,《 European Journal of Clinical Nutrition》的審稿人, 多次擔任有關國際會議的審稿專家,包括IEEE Fifth International Conference on Intelligent Data Engineering and Automated Learning (IDEAL'04);2009 World Congress on Computer Science and Information Engineering, IEEE computer society;2009 World Congress on Software Engineering, IEEE computer society;2010 International Conference on Computer Application and System Modeling (ICCASM2010)。此外被中國科學院《遺傳》雜誌聘為審稿專家。自2003年以來發表計算生物學,生物信息學,詢證醫學論文10餘篇(其中SCI期刊論文11篇),被國際著名期刊正面它引175次(其中作為第一作者發表的SCI論文單篇最高它引76次)。科研項目
負責浙江省自然科學基金項目:肥胖相關基因網路的構建及易感基因的篩查(主持),編號Y2090081,2010.1-2011.12。作為學術骨幹參加了國家863計畫項目(No. 2002AA234011):“生物信息加工和利用”的第一子課題:基因組信息注釋系統的標準建立和軟體開發。作為主要參與者之一參與了國家自然科學傑出青年基金項目(項目編號: 30625007),負責魚類(南極魚,斑馬魚,文昌魚)的microRNA靶基因預測及相應調控網路的構建。作為主要參加者之一參與了國家科技部“十一五”支撐計畫項目:代謝綜合徵早期識別與干預技術研究(項目編號:2009BA180B00),並在其中承擔代謝綜合徵全基因組關聯研究的實驗設計,數據統計分析及生物信息學平台的構建任務。
