個人經歷

常景興同志在國家經貿委下屬中辰國際經濟發展有限責任公司任職，自1989年開始做國際貿易，經歷了經營規模從小到大，產品種類從少到多的積聚歷程。經營品種項目中，糧食、石油、鋼材等占絕大比重，曾創下了連續三年貿易額過億美元的年營業佳績，為國家出口創匯及稅收做出巨大貢獻。
2015年11月16日，北斗中興集團新聞發布會在北京釣魚台國賓館舉行，常景興先生作為集團總裁在公司成立發布會上致辭。北斗中興集團為北斗衛星服務單位，經工信部批准使用2.4GHz頻段建設SoMAX無線通訊系統，主要落實北斗民用戰略性新興產業，服務“一帶一路”建設。在常景興同志的帶領下，北斗中興集團已經成長為下轄六家子公司的綜合型、大型的北斗衛星套用集團。企業結構合理、組織機構健全，有一整套完善的項目發展規範和標準，內部管理科學、運作高效，建立了從衛星技術、導航服務、文化產業、國際貿易、金融投資、規劃設計與工程建設、健康養生和醫療休閒服務等在內的國際國內高端人才資源庫，為我國經濟成長做出了不可估量的貢獻。

對中藥發展的重視

為推進中藥現代化、產業化之路，北斗中興集團依託美國梅奧診所、美國康奈爾大學、丹麥王國南丹麥大學、馬來西亞科技與環境部等國際高端醫療資源及科研機構聯手，多年來積極推進中藥全產業鏈的研發，利用國際尖端數量化、可觀化等技術，通過近十年的反覆實驗與數據統計對2000餘種植物藥進行了圖譜分析，將中藥單體及分子式等數據，運用指紋圖譜全程分析，輸入至北斗數據云中心，形成服務健康體系的養生數據云平台，構建北斗大健康體系，對於中西醫的診斷及中藥的現代化進程起到了倡導者和先行者的引領和示範作用。同時編制完成了《時代本草綱目》、《植物藥提純工藝概覽》、《植物藥單向化學品質含量專利申請》、《植物藥提純產品目錄》、《植物藥提純產品使用手冊》、《數位化百草工程中醫藥功效全集》、《百草養生工程中醫藥數位化圖譜》、《實用本草綱目彩色圖鑑》、《植物化學成分》，其中《實用本草綱目彩色圖鑑》、《數位化百草養生工程中醫藥功效全集》、《百草養生工程中醫藥數位化圖譜》已完成著作權的登記。
運用高速逆流色譜技術、等滲等壓法、萃取法、納米技術、P米技術等世界先進技術手段，對天然藥物中主要有效成分進行提純，獲得“安全、有效、穩定、可控”的提純產品，再將這些提純物以中醫的配伍方式進行混合加工，達到超過傳統中藥的治療功效，大大提高了中藥的穩定性、可靠性。這些中藥提純物的價格是中藥價格的10-15倍，且世界需求量年增長20％，被譽為“綠色黃金”。
常景興與美國康奈爾大學、丹麥王國南丹麥大學共同成立北斗量子中藥研發實驗室，利用國際先進技術，按國際標準歷時3年完成了8000餘種植物藥生態圖譜的編輯與製作，同時分析了中藥的化學成分，確定了中藥的藥理作用，形成了中英雙語的中藥識甄標準化系統。此書的編纂付梓，為中國中藥走入市場、走向國際確定了指導性的標準。常景興先生也因為在中藥標準化領域的卓越貢獻與國際影響，兩次被聯合國授予“和平使者”榮譽稱號。
2004年9月7日至10日，常景興總裁赴約參加第20屆全國中醫藥交易會暨首屆中醫藥博覽會。此次大會由中國國際貿易促進委員會、中國中藥協會等國家有關部門聯合主辦，為弘揚中醫藥文化，發展中醫藥產業，服務全人類健康起到重要作用。
2005年10月11日，常景興總裁被邀請參加第二屆中醫藥發展論壇暨全國中醫藥品牌博覽會，本次論壇暨博覽會目的是為了進一步貫徹落實《中醫藥創新發展規劃綱要2006—2020》和2007年全國中醫藥工作會議精神，深入探討我國中醫藥發展的現狀、機遇、挑戰、對策、繼承與創新等主要熱點問題，在全社會營造重視中醫藥、發展中醫藥的良好氛圍，切實推進中醫藥事業全面協調可持續發展。
2015年12月22日，常景興先生代表北斗中興集團參加在山東舉辦的“2015國際生態安全與人類健康（濟南）會議”，參加此次盛會的包括聯合國人居署、國際生態安全合作組織、國際生態生命安全科學院、加拿大駐華使館、濟南市人民政府、平陰縣人民政府等國內外數百位嘉賓，盛況空前。會議首次公布了由國際組織、政府與企業三方通力合作，共同打造的“雲翠谷•健康新城”項目，並現場與平陰縣人民政府、瑞浦工業集團、山東因紐特生物科技簽訂了《200萬台節能風機電機製造協定》、《北斗大健康智慧平台及雲平台合作協定》、《食品安全示範項目及現代農業雲平台合作協定》。整合醫養產業優勢資源，搭建領先全球的醫養平台，發展國際醫療網路，推動中國大健康產業現代化、國家化，構建可持續發展的大健康模式。

對農業進步的關心

積極發展現代農業，提高農業綜合生產能力，加快發展農村公共事業，促進農村社會全面進步，“中國農村小城鎮建設”的構想讓常景興把眼光久久地停留在中國廣袤的農村。以中草藥國際標準化、產業化為試點先行，探索形成一整套政府支持、企業運作、農戶參與、保險加盟的“政府＋企業＋農戶＋保險”的新農村發展模式，形成中藥種植、研發、倉儲、加工為一體的產業鏈。同時可以使原來分散的耕地連成一塊，以滿足規模化、現代化的農業產業化需要，使得原有土地得到更加高效的利用，通過規模效應產生更大的收益。並且，中藥現代化加工還可以為農村富餘勞動力提供當地就業機會，消除城鄉二元結構、形成城鄉經濟社會發展一體化新格局。以創新體制機制，加強農業基礎，增加農民收入，保障農民權益，促進農村和諧，充分調動廣大農民的積極性、主動性、創造性，推動農村經濟社會又好又快的發展。
2015年9月30日，常景興總裁代表北斗中興集團應邀參加第十九屆中國（廊坊）農產品交易會，北斗中興集團套用北斗導航衛星及獨有的SoMAX網路技術搭建北斗農機平台，農機用戶可以在此平台上看到農戶傳送的任務，農機可以依據自己的具體需求通過平台去搶工作任務。與此同時，農機之間可以相互推薦農戶，農機之間可以加好友，北斗農機平台的很好利用，不僅可以提升工作效率，而且可以增收，從而形成一個良性的、信息化的農機生態系統。
同時北斗中興集團擁有高效率、低耗能的智慧馬達，並利用智慧馬達配以北斗晶片及SoMAX晶片，採用太陽能光伏發電和抽水系統的智慧型水泵，很大程度節約能源，提升農業生產效率，可為國家申請碳排放權，創造“絲路藍”，以網際網路+、農業物聯網創建中國智慧農業大數據系統。

常景興憑藉自身多年對國家經濟的掌握和對世界經濟的了解，充分利用北斗中興集團資源，集合各方優勢，創立了“北斗全球商品交易中心暨自貿區體系”項目，項目高度配合國家“一帶一路”戰略，充分回響國家推進建設自貿區的方針，能夠為“一帶一路”沿線地區經濟發展帶來前所未有的機遇，立意新穎、運行合理、組織嚴密。項目目前已在全國及世界範圍內的多個城市和地區布局，將實現中國市場與所在區域國家市場融通與合作的國際性合作體系，加快推動和實現“一帶一路”互聯互通的多邊共贏發展戰略，更好地實現中國與各區域國家市場的共同繁榮和發展，達到建立中國經濟新常態的目標。

軍事淵源

常景興是抗日愛國將領常恩多之孫，作風嚴謹、敢於拼搏、勇於創新，曾多次赴夏威夷謁見張學良將軍併合影留念。三十多年來，曾贊助出版大量東北軍書籍。為張學良研究及東北軍史研究做出巨大貢獻。

藝術造詣

攝影作品

作為一名攝影愛好者，常景興身為中國攝影家協會會員、霍士曼國際攝影協會會員，並出版過《平凡之光》、《常景興攝影作品集》、《爽葉冰花》、《我眼中的吉林》、《我眼中的長江》等風光攝影作品集。常景興用攝影藝術去表現自然、文化的痕跡，去揭示生活的真諦，去抒發對生命的感悟。《平凡之光》這一書中的風情攝影作品，大都反映著上世紀80年代中國改革開放初期北方山村小鎮生活的真實場景，帶著濃濃的親切感和樸實的氣息。這些“原生狀態”和“粗糙狀態”下的“快照式”攝影作品，除彰顯出常景興的藝術感悟力和文化底蘊，更重要的是傳達了他對農村狀況的憂患意識和深沉情懷。何況，他除了對中國農村事業有著樸實的責任感，更有發展新農村的宏偉藍圖。
2015年9月13日，常景興先生應邀參加“2015《千古馬頌》第三屆中華藝術攝影金馬獎頒獎活動”，並榮獲金馬獎。中華藝術攝影金馬獎的頒獎宗旨是褒獎在中華藝術領域獲得卓越成就的攝影藝術家，獲得者首先要在國內權威藝術賽事中獲得最高獎才具備申報中華藝術金馬獎的基本資格，系中華藝術金馬獎之攝影成就最高獎。同時，作為中華藝術金馬獎組委會委員及獲獎攝影家代表常景興向錫林浩特市文化藝術機構贈送攝影作品一百幅，錫林浩特市委宣傳部王占奇部長代表接受作品。
常景興先生榮獲2015第三屆中華藝術金馬獎，常景興先生被選舉為中國航拍協會首屆理事會副主席，常景興先生憑藉《航母鏇風》榮獲香港第六屆全國攝影藝術展工業建築類金龍獎。

影視投資

常景興在積極發展主導產業的同時，秉承藝術是人類靈魂溝通橋樑的宗旨，為集團注入文化內涵，進軍影視製作、刊物發行等文化領域，並注資出版涉外刊物《澳港台畫報》、《外經導報》等，與國家文獻出版社合作出版《開國元勛》，拍攝電視連續劇《高陽公主》、《生死劫殺》、《腳下天堂》等。通過自身的文化藝術底蘊以及海納百川的胸懷，盡情地揮灑藝術才華，打造國際化發展進程的文化源泉。

公益事業

常景興不僅在攝影、古玩等諸多方面頗有建樹，同時還熱衷於社會公益、福利事業，在這些方面也有特殊貢獻。自2007年六月中旬起，北京仁愛慈善基金會面向社會發起了慈善捐衣救助活動，以支援受災嚴重的內蒙古、河南等地以及其它受到貧苦困擾的邊遠地區。集團作為此次慈善活動的參與機構之一，在集團內部號召員工積極捐助，已收穫到令人欣慰的成果。同時，這項活動也符合集團多年秉持的慈善精神和企業文化一貫堅持的良好傳統。常景興組織開發“腦力智寶”產品，創造大腦康復的奇蹟。並多次向中華慈善總會“救助弱智兒童基金”捐款，並與“親善大使”著名演員濮存昕合影，資助指揮家舟舟及亞太地區特奧使者賈思蕊等智障兒童。因其在社會公益方面的特殊貢獻，連續兩次被聯合國科學和平委員會評為“科學與和平使者”，被國家評為中國十大愛心大使。

教育貢獻

中國改革開放總設計師鄧小平在八十年代初就提出，未來國際間的競爭就是綜合國力的競爭，提出了“科教興國”的口號。民族要發展，教育就必須先行。希望工程被認為是中國最具影響力的公益事業，得到了政府和海內外各界的大力支持和踴躍參與。
常景興十分關心祖國教育事業的發展，在其家鄉吉林蛟河捐資興建“常興國小”，改善了當地辦學條件，讓更多的兒童有機會得到更好的教育，加快了家鄉教育事業的發展，興學以利民，而後利國。

出國訪問

常景興曾多次參訪美國梅奧診所、美國康奈爾大學、丹麥王國南丹麥大學，與其專家、學者討論，並親切合影。同時，常景興走訪諸多國家，受到多國國家領導人的親切接見，美國前總統布希曾親自會晤常景興、高棉首相洪森與常景興親切交談。常景興的身影遍布世界各地，為世界帶去了中國的文化，也向世界展示了中國人睿智和儒雅。
