大蝦胡蘿蔔色拉

基本步驟

原料:胡蘿蔔、活蝦、苦瓜色拉醬(或鮮橙2粒、雞蛋2個、辣椒少許)。做法:
胡蘿蔔切片,苦瓜切成條。鍋里放2碗水,燒開後加入1勺的油,倒入胡蘿蔔煮2分鐘,再加入苦瓜煮2分鐘,一起撈起裝盤。
活蝦放沸水中撈熟,剝去殼,也放到盤子裡。
色拉醬的製作:將蛋黃鮮橙汁、辣椒末、鹽,放碗裡攪勻,倒到鍋里煮沸,如果太稀可用稀澱粉勾芡。(用現成的色拉醬可以省去這一步。)
將色拉醬澆到食物上,攪拌均勻就可以食用了。
