作者簡介
張艷，女，北京工商大學法學院副教授，法學博士，經濟學博士後，加拿大阿爾伯塔大學訪問學者。主要研究方向為國際經濟法、WTO法律制度和民事訴訟法。從1996年起開始用英文為本科生、研究生和留學生講授法學專業課，講授課程包括國際貿易法、國際投資法、外商投資企業法、國際貿易法律實務、國際投資法律實務和中國商法等。
