學習工作經歷
本科畢業於蘭州大學物理系，碩士、博士均畢業於英國薩里大學經濟系。
1999年至2002年，任職於甘肅省科學院。
2008年至今，山東大學經濟學院任教。

中級個體經濟學, 高級個體經濟學, 法經濟學
研究領域
產業經濟學（規制與反壟斷、網路型產業的競爭政策）、法經濟學（訴訟費用的經濟學分析、法律體系比較）、衛生經濟學（醫療保障體系設計、疾病療法的成本收益分析）。
