教學工作
承擔本科生《儀器分析》、《化學分析實驗》等主幹課程、《教授科研導論講座》
和畢業論文指導環節，擔任博碩士研究生《食品安全》、《生物電分析》專業課程教學，指導博士、碩士研究生，承擔校本科生SRTP項目指導工作。
科研工作
研究領域包括毛細管電色譜、電化學生物感測技術、食品安全與環境分析，重點開展食源性化學危害物、環境污染物的高選擇性和高靈敏快速分析和分離技術研究。
近5年主持完成國家自然科學基金、福建省科技重點項目、福建省自然科學基金等項目8項，作為技術骨幹參加完成“十五”和十一五國家重大科技專項、國家863計畫、國家自然科學基金、福建省科技重大項目和科技重點項目等重要科研項目10項。多次獲得福建省科學技術獎。在Electrochem. Commun.、Electrochim. Acta., Electrophoresis、Talanta、Analyst等國際專業期刊（SCI）發表論文40餘篇。2006年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫。
