人物簡介
吳剛,2000年獲浙江大學生物物理學博士學位,2000-2002年在北京大學蛋白質工程與植物基因工程國家重點實驗室從事博士後研究,2002-2012年在美國賓夕法尼亞大學生物系從事博士後研究,任研究科學家,從事植物遺傳發育調控機制的研究。在《Cell》、《PNAS》等雜誌上發表論文多篇。2012年2月入選中組部第二批“青年千人計畫”和浙江省“千人計畫”,負責組建全新的植物分子遺傳與發育實驗室。自實驗室組建以來,先後獲中組部“青年千人計畫項目”1項、國家自然科學基金9項、省傑出青年基金1項,省自然科學基金2項。實驗室主要從事植物童期調控的分子機制研究。近年來,在《Plant Cell》、《Plant Physiology》、《Journal of Experimental Botany》、《Genetics》等國際知名期刊上發表論文多篇。2018年出任浙江農林大學農業與食品科學學院院長。
研究領域
吳剛教授主要從事植物童期調控的分子遺傳學機理研究。首次發現微小RNA-miR156是控制植物幼年向成年階段轉變的主控因子,並揭示了控制該發育進程的信號通道,相關研究結果已經在《Cell》上發表。回國後實驗室圍繞該研究基礎,主要開展以下兩方面的研究:
1、植物童期發育的分子遺傳學機制研究。實驗室主要以擬南芥、蔬菜作物為研究對象,採用正反向遺傳學、分子生物學、生物化學及基因組學方法來研究miR156及其靶基因SPL基因的各種調控模式及功能,以期發掘並闡明全新的調控植物童期發育的調控因子。
2、番茄突變體庫的創建。以生產上推廣的優良番茄親本為材料,通過化學誘變方法,篩選一批與產量性狀構成、抗蟲、抗病、耐熱、抗寒相關的番茄突變體。一方面利用分子生物學等方法開展相關相關基因功能研究,另一方面結合常規遺傳育種手段來培育耐低溫、抗熱、抗病、高產、優質、耐貯運的適宜設施栽培的番茄新品種。

教學工作
目前招生培養在讀碩士研究生12名,在讀博士生3名。已指導50多名本科生開展科研工作,並順利完成畢業論文。指導的5名2012級本科生獲得國家級大學生創新創業訓練計畫項目一項,省級一項,校級和院級多項。
