磁懸浮離心式鼓風機是風機的一種,它是將磁懸浮技術和高速電機技術融入傳統風機之中所形成的一種高效、節能、環保的新型鼓風機,廣泛套用於工廠、礦井、隧道等的通風;城市污水處理;風洞風源等工業項目中。
儀器特點:
體積小,功率大,效率高,結構簡單,節能環保;在傳統風機的架構上加入了磁懸浮技術和高速電機技術。
原理組成:
磁懸浮離心式鼓風機是一種機電一體化產品,它主要由三部分組成:磁懸浮軸承部分、高速電機部分和流體部分,見下圖。磁懸浮軸承部分的主要功能是實現轉軸的懸浮。它通過內置的徑向感測器和軸向感測器檢測轉軸的位移信號,將得到信號送入磁懸浮軸承控制器進行調理、運算和放大得到控制電流,再將該控制電流輸入徑向磁軸承和軸向磁軸承,通過電流產生磁場,又由磁場產生吸力,從而實現轉軸的懸浮。高速電機部分的主要功能是驅動轉子的旋轉。它通過變頻電源產生頻率可控的交變電流,將此交變電流輸入電機定子產生交變的磁場,帶動轉子高速旋轉。
流體部分的主要功能是實現鼓風。隨轉子一同做高速旋轉的葉輪帶動空氣從渦殼的進氣口進入,空氣在渦殼的導向與增壓作用下成為具有一定流速與壓力的氣體,最後從渦殼的出氣口鼓出,這就實現了風機的鼓風。
